These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

Very Satisfied.
Well made and stable. Perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning.
Did not come with pre drilled holes for assembly or a manual - there was some difficulty getting a hold of someone from production to answer questions. I just gave up and drilled my own holes. Other than that, its a great.
