TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for reasons of manufacturer’s defect only and may be subject to a restocking fee, if eligible for return.

The product met my expectations for good quality and attractiveness.My only criticism is that the web site did not give good descriptions of the fabric and of its care for the bar stools. Bigger samples of the fabric options would be desirable.
