TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

I shopped all over for something this nice and couldn't find it elsewhere. I was afraid to spend this much money online for something only seen in a picture. Boy was I surprised and pleased when it arrived! It was all I had hoped for and more. Sturdy and extremely well-built, with beautiful custom-like features such as the beveled glass. The finish was exactly what I wished, the color and size wonderful. This is one beautifully built set! I recommend this product to anyone. It came on time, was packed so well that I never worried about damage. The glass was actually a little hard to get out of the packaging since it was packed so well--but it arrived in perfect condition.
