I BOUGHT THESE STOOLS FOR PRIVATE USE AT MY BAR AT HOME BUT WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR COMMERCIAL USE THEY ARE VERY WELL BUILT WITH ALL WELDED SEAMS ON THE FRAME SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT KEEPING THEM TIGHT OR SQEAKING I WAS VERY EMPRESSED!

Nice sturdy extra-tall barstools purchased for an extra high bar countertop. Only negative is that we had to add some pads to the bottoms of the legs to prevent a loud screeching sound everytime the stools moved across our slate tile.
